Dias Solicitors was set up in 2008 by Crystal Dias.

Crystal is a fully qualified Solicitor and has previously worked in various parts of Kent and Essex and before qualification she worked for the Corporation of London.

Crystal speaks fluent English, Tagalog, as well as moderate Spanish.

Crystal specialises in the Points Based System, especially Tier 2 and Tier 4 applications, and practices in all aspects of UK Immigration law.

As the Philippines does not offer divorce law, she has found that her practice has led her to assist many clients to utilise the tools of the English legal system to divorce their spouse based abroad.

In September 2008 Crystal was awarded an Achievers Award by The Philippine Centre for her work in the community, which was presented to her by the Philippine Consul at the Barrio Fiesta, London.

From March 2010 Crystal has taken up a weekly spot on the popular Pinoy Radio UK station, where she gives advice in Tagalog on legal issues.

New for 2011, Crystal has appeared on ABS-CBN television, commenting on UK laws that affect filipinos.
 
Crystal is a graduate of The School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) University of London with Honours where she studied various Asian and African Laws. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Store Street, London.

She is married to Christopher with one daughter.
